This morning I decided to try something different with my writing and blogging.
Right now I’m going to aim for quantity instead of quality.
I want to experiment with taking pictures, making videos, writing and art. I want to collect thoughts, quotes and snippets that I find interesting without having a major plan.
I just want to play and see where it leads.
Another thing I’m going to simplify is my daily exercise habit.
In the summer and early autumn it was easy to go for long morning walks when everyone else was still sleeping.
Since the nights got longer and the mornings darker I have been neglecting my walks more and more. And it doesn’t feel good.
My new goal for the winter months is much shorter and more doable.
Go for a light 10 min run in the morning.
So far it has worked well and I feel much better again. Today I even added 5 more minutes with ease but that’s just a bonus. 10 minutes of light running is the goal for now.
And daily blogging for 7 days.
