Thinking about Lunch
Below you can find a Dinner Printable for each season, so go ahead and choose the one for your current season.
Try to find about ten seasonal recipes for your dinner meal plan.
You can write down a different one for every day if you want, or you could choose a new recipe for every second day and make enough to last for two nights.
Some people like themed days to make it easier, for example:
- Monday: Rice
- Tuesday: Soup
- Wednesday: Quinoa
- Thursday: Fish
- Friday: Pizza or Pasta
- … and so on
So every Monday you would make a recipe with rice like a stir fry, and every Tuesday you’d make some time of soup (using seasonal vegetables), and so on.
However, you can just write down any recipes that sound interesting to you.
Try something for a week and see if it works. If not, try something different the next week, until you find what works best for you and your family.
